Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Job Summary
Scan Global Realty is rapidly expanding its presence across Canada and Dubai, specializing in real estate investment, development, and property management. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer/Video Editor. This role focuses on producing captivating short-form videos and branded visual content tailored specifically for real estate audiences on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will bring originality and a deep understanding of real estate content trends to craft engaging, scroll-stopping visuals that enhance our brand’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce a variety of real estate video content, including reels, property tours, and promotional clips designed to capture and retain audience attention.
- Design visually appealing post templates, infographics, and other social media assets that support and elevate marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop original campaigns and branded content that align with company goals.
- Optimize all content for platform-specific requirements, ensuring proper formats (vertical or horizontal), captions, pacing, and overall user engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials while pushing creative boundaries to keep content fresh, innovative, and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in editing short-form videos and creating branded visual content specifically for real estate audiences.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory), CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Skilled in Canva Pro for rapid and effective content creation.
- Ability to craft, layout, and animate creative hooks, text overlays, captions, and calls to action within video content.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a focus on originality, motion design, and brand tone, avoiding reliance on generic templates.
- Proven experience in building visual content from the ground up, showcasing creativity and innovation in both design and video editing.
