Job Summary
Encoders is looking for a highly motivated and experienced eBook Sales Specialist to join our energetic team in Karachi. This front-line sales role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to actively engage with clients to drive eBook sales. The successful candidate will consistently meet individual revenue targets ranging from USD 10,000 to 15,000 per month. This position demands punctuality, responsibility, and a passion for sales, along with a collaborative mindset. The role is full-time, on-site, and involves working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
The eBook Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. This includes actively promoting and selling eBooks directly to clients, ensuring a hands-on approach to front-line sales. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers is essential to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Providing prompt, professional customer support is a critical part of the role. The specialist will address client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs will help optimize sales tactics continuously.

Required Qualifications
