As a Customer Communication Executive, you will be responsible for managing all customer correspondence across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Email and WhatsApp. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their queries, assisting them in placing orders and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage customer interactions on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers to build positive relationships and provide product recommendations.

2. Order Processing:

  • Assist customers in placing orders through social media platforms or website
  • Ensure accurate order information and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to track and fulfill orders efficiently.

3. Customer Support:

  • Address customer concerns, including order status, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

4. Feedback and Reporting:

  • Gather customer feedback and insights from social media interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on customer communication trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer feedback for product and service enhancements.

5. Stock keeping and inventory control

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate/Bachelor's degree required in business or similar field
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
