The Administrator will oversee and manage our network, databases, and systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

The Incumbent's major responsibilities will include:

Configure, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations to ensure reliable network performance.
Manage network hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points) and enforce network security protocols.
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database to ensure data backup, availability, and integrity.
Perform routine maintenance, optimize queries, and handle database migrations as required.
Implement data protection protocols, including backups, restoration, and encryption, and support business continuity plans.
Handling, operating and installation of IT equipment including Computers, Laptops, Multimedia Projectors/LCDs, Printers, Copiers and Scanners etc.
Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems, and applications, often through a help desk.
Assisting in purchasing of IT Equipment and supplies
