We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and other HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
3. Employee Relations: Support employee relations, including responding to employee queries, resolving issues, and promoting positive employee engagement.
4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, benefits, and performance records.
5. HR Projects: Assist with HR projects, including data analysis, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. No experience required: No prior experience required, but recent graduates or those with some HR experience are welcome to apply.
3. Strong communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and management.
4. Organizational skills: Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
5. Basic knowledge of HR principles: Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
