We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Karachi, providing comprehensive technical assistance and system maintenance. The successful candidate will handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, support CCTV systems, and manage IT inventory. This full-time role requires hands-on work at the designated location and offers a monthly salary between Rs20,000 and Rs25,000. Candidates with experience in the automobile industry and welding skills will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including diagnosing network and connectivity issues to ensure timely support for users.
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks through updates and routine checks.
- Assist users with IT-related tasks such as setting up new accounts, installing software, and resolving common technical issues.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, data backups, and firewall management to protect IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and user guides for reference and training purposes.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for CCTV systems, addressing connectivity and operational problems efficiently.
- Manage IT inventory by tracking hardware and software assets to ensure proper allocation and maintenance.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to analyze technical issues, identify effective solutions, and implement them promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent time management by prioritizing tasks, managing workload effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven welding experience, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Solid knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with CCTV system support and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of IT security protocols and system maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi and provide hands-on technical support.
- Effective communication skills to assist users and document procedures clearly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Nazimabad, F.B Area, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Surjani Town, North Karachi, or Gulzar Hijri due to proximity to the workplace.
