Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing or related areas will be an added advantage.
