Senior Odoo Developer

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with 3-4 years of experience to manage and enhance our client’s Amazon-integrated Odoo system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and optimizing Odoo modules to ensure seamless inventory, sales, and order management between Amazon and Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules for eCommerce, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting.
Implement custom workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
Set up and manage Odoo Amazon Connector to sync orders, inventory, and pricing.
Troubleshoot and optimize real-time data synchronization between Amazon and Odoo.
Optimize PostgreSQL database queries for handling large data sets (e.g., thousands of Amazon orders).
Implement caching, indexing, and performance tuning techniques to ensure a high-performing Odoo system.
Monitor Odoo logs and resolve integration errors, API failures, and system slowdowns.
Identify and fix bugs in custom Odoo modules using Odoo Shell, Python Debugger, and SQL analysis.
Integrate payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe), shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, Amazon Logistics), and other third-party services.
Develop custom APIs to enhance Odoo’s connectivity with Amazon Seller Central and other eCommerce platforms.
Deploy Odoo on AWS/DigitalOcean/GCP, configure NGINX for reverse proxy, and manage backups.
Ensure system security, scalability, and uptime through best DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of hands-on Odoo development experience (Community & Enterprise versions).
Excellent communication skills are required as you will be dealing with the client directly.
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo ORM.
Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and API integration.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Odoo Amazon Connector, and eCommerce workflows.
Understanding of database optimization, performance tuning, and automation scripting.
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Digital Ocean, or GCP).
Strong debugging skills with Odoo Shell, logs, and developer mode.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience integrating Amazon FBA/FBM workflows with Odoo.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for Odoo deployment.
