We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Executive who understands the power of people analytics, modern hiring tools, and psychometric profiling. This role is ideal for someone who can recruit top talent and assess team dynamics using personality-based methods like MBTI, DISC, and behavior mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Screening:
Source and shortlist candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, niche forums, and referrals.
Conduct first-round interviews and initial assessments.
Utilize MBTI / DISC / Big Five personality tests for cultural and role fit analysis.
Design job descriptions based on personality-job match models.
Personality Profiling & Psychometric Testing:
Implement MBTI/DISC tests during hiring and internal assessments.
Maintain psychometric records to help managers with team dynamics.
Align roles and responsibilities based on employee personality strengths.
Assist in designing leadership development plans based on profiling.
HR Policy & Culture Building:
Write and implement company policies, code of conduct, and SOPs.
Drive employee engagement programs aligned with personalities and motivations.
Collaborate with leadership on building a purpose-driven culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Psychology, or Organizational Behavior.
2–4 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
Familiarity with MBTI, DISC, CliftonStrengths, or similar tools (certification is a plus).
Strong communication and interview evaluation skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for understanding human behavior.
