We are looking for a Senior Accountant with expertise in Pakistan and UAE financial regulations, particularly in Real Estate Accounting & VAT Compliance. The candidate will work remotely from Pakistan but will be responsible for managing both Pakistan & UAE accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate transactions, VAT filing, invoicing, corporate tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UAE & Pakistan Accounting: Handle real estate transactions, rental income, commissions, and financial statements for both markets.
  • VAT & Tax Compliance: Manage UAE VAT filings and ensure compliance with Pakistan's tax regulations
  • Bank Reconciliation: Maintain financial records, reconcile bank statements, and prepare audit-ready accounts.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Oversee staff salaries, vendor payments, operational costs, and financial control.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for both UAE & Pakistan operations.

Requirements:

  •  Accounting Degree (ACCA, CA, MBA Finance) or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting (experience in Real Estate & UAE VAT regulations is mandatory).
  • Expertise in Pakistan’s tax system and UAE’s VAT compliance.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Highly trustworthy, honest, and ethical in financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with deadlines.

 Bank Reconciliation: 

  • Maintain transaction records and prepare audit-ready accounts.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Manage staff salaries, vendor payments, and financial controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Degree (ACCA, CA, MBA Finance) or a relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience (knowledge of Real Estate & UAE VAT regulations is essential).
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Honest and trustworthy, with a strong ethical work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
