𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Communicate with international VVIP or state-level clients/customers through phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information regarding availability, pricing, and the company's exclusive services.
Collaborate with a team of chauffeurs to fulfill the needs of VIP clients/customers.
Ensure seamless travel, logistics, and hospitality arrangements for high-profile clients.
Proactively solve issues and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent spoken English is essential. - Impeccable phone etiquette.
Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in the hospitality, travel, logistics, or hotel management industries will be highly preferred.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality management or customer communication.
Applicants with prior experience in customer support, logistics, and hospitality management will be preferred.
Candidates residing in nearby areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be given preference.
