At KCola, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in content creation, analytics, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and audience interaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, who can effectively develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with our business objectives. The Social Media Manager will oversee a team of five individuals, guiding them to produce high-quality content and foster a strong online presence that reflects the brand image and engages our target audiences. With your exceptional analytical skills, you will measure and report on the effectiveness of our social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance and optimize results. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the relationship between our brand and our community through effective communication and engagement tactics. Your leadership will ensure that our social media channels flourish and resonate with our audience, ultimately contributing to KCola's overall success.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social platforms to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Lead a team of five social media specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to optimize their performance and professional development.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns, interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage the paid advertising strategy on social media platforms, including budget allocation and performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure compliance with best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Provide monthly reports summarizing key metrics and insights to stakeholders, proposing recommendations for future strategies.
