- Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, editing images, and updating inventory details.
- Process online orders, track shipping, and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Provide customer support by answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine checks to ensure that all product pages are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the client.
- Handle phone calls, including receiving messages and routing calls as required.
