Call Centre Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist prospective students with their inquiries about studying abroad, providing them with accurate information about study options, visa processes, and university requirements for the UK, USA, Australia, Malaysia, UAE, Turkey, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from students regarding study abroad programs in the UK, USA, Australia, Malaysia, UAE, Turkey, and Canada.
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about university courses, application procedures, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
Consultation: Help students choose the right study destination and program based on their preferences and qualifications.
Follow-Up: Maintain and update student records, follow up on inquiries, and assist with application-related questions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Call Centre Lead and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and excellent service.
Performance Metrics: Meet individual performance targets related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Salary:30k plus Commission
