Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with strong political understanding to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in political trends, social media strategy, and content creation across all major platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with political campaign objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging political content (graphics, videos, polls, posts).
Monitor trends, public sentiment, and respond quickly to political developments.
Manage and grow online communities across platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with media, PR, and digital marketing teams.
Ensure all content is in line with the brand voice and political positioning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in political or advocacy sectors.
Deep understanding of Pakistani and international politics.
Excellent writing, editing, and graphic/video content creation skills.
Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
Ability to handle crisis communication and manage public perception.

Preferred Skills:

Urdu and English proficiency.
Knowledge of social media ad campaigns and paid promotions.
Experience in political campaign strategy or working with political parties/candidates.
