Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos).
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media analytics.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Report on performance, ROI, and key KPIs using analytics tools.
Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and promotions.
