Student Counselor

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Student Counselors with experience in Customer Service to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journeys and helping them achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic counseling and career advice to students.
Assist students with the university application process, course selection, and career pathway decisions.
Handle student inquiries professionally and provide timely, accurate responses.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
Promote KHM Consultancy services to prospective students.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar counseling role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of educational systems and processes is a plus.
