Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Virtual Assistant to work remotely. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for managing and organizing data, creating spreadsheets, and performing administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Excel spreadsheets with advanced functions (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Handle data entry, organization, and updates in Excel
Generate clear and concise reports and summaries
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all data-related work
Communicate effectively in written English for task coordination and updates
