Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end operations of the workwear manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and timely delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and ensure profitability.
Lead and manage all departments, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, and human resources.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve operational performance, optimize resources, and manage budgets effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Build and mentor a strong team to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the workwear manufacturing industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of workwear production processes, materials, and market trends.
