The Infrastructure Architect & Engineer will lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions while actively participating in their deployment, maintenance, and optimization. This position requires a mix of high-level architectural planning and hands-on engineering to meet the organization’s business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure architectures across on-premise and cloud environments.
Develop comprehensive strategies for infrastructure modernization, including cloud adoption and hybrid solutions.
Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and ensure alignment with business continuity goals.
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Engineering Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and Linux environments.
Manage and optimize Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server environments.
Administer Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS), including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Design, deploy, and manage advanced networking solutions, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and switches.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture & engineering
Expertise in Windows & Linux environments
Hands-on experience with networking, automation, and security best practices
Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Work environment:

Full-time remote job
8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
