Upwork Bidder

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Upwork Bidder with at least 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting compelling proposals, and securing new clients through freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects that align with the company’s expertise.
Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
Maintain an updated and well-optimized Upwork profile with relevant skills and portfolio items.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Collaborate with the team to understand service offerings and capabilities.
Manage client communication throughout the bidding process.
Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets.
Stay up to date with freelance platform policies and bidding strategies to maximize visibility and success.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.
In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s bidding process and best practices.
Basic understanding of the services offered by our company.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Familiarity with various tech stacks, including PHP Frameworks, Ecommerce Solutions, Flutter Applications .NET, React.js, Angular.js, and React Native.
