Key responsibilities:

Making outbound calls:

Initiating contact with potential customers through cold calls to introduce the company's products and services. 

Qualifying leads:

Identifying potential customers with a genuine interest in the product or service by asking qualifying questions. 

Presenting product information:

Clearly explaining the features and benefits of the product or service, addressing customer concerns and needs. 

Closing sales:

Persuading potential customers to make a purchase by overcoming objections and negotiating terms. 

Data management:

Maintaining accurate customer information within a CRM system, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions. 

Meeting sales targets:

Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to overall team performance. 

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills:

Ability to articulate information clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone. 

Strong listening skills:

Actively listening to customer needs and concerns to tailor the sales pitch accordingly. 

Salesmanship:

Demonstrating effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals. 

Resilience:

Handling rejection professionally and maintaining a positive attitude when facing challenges. 

Product knowledge:

Thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services being sold. 

CRM proficiency:

Familiarity with customer relationship management software to manage customer data and track sales activity.
