Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to grow YouTube channels.
- Create and manage YouTube channels with a focus on achieving monetization goals.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize video content for better visibility and audience reach.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve channel growth and engagement.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to maximize channel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: Demonstrated success in creating and monetizing YouTube channels.
Skills:
- Expertise in content strategy and channel management.
- Strong understanding of SEO and YouTube analytics tools.
- Creativity and ability to identify trending topics and formats.
- Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time).
- Location: Ark, Westeria Rd, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
- Salary: Rs 60,000 + Bonus.
