Position: Customer Service Representative

Timings: Morning, Evening & Night shifts (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • - Respond to customer queries across phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring professional communication
  • - Educate customers on products and services
  • - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve customer service goals
  • - Handle all customer interactions as per service standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining knowledge of bank services 
  • - Demonstrate familiarity with Shariah-compliant banking terms and systems: flexible availability for shifts 
  • - Prior experience in Shariah-compliant banking systems
