Make sure all agents must create hotel vouchers

Processing Groups in nusuk system
Processing of umrah permit
Processing of Zayrat Permit
Mutamar Boarding in nusuk before 24 hours of arrival
Working on daily arrival elm report and sharing without voucher/intimation arrival with all agents.
Must generate hotel vouchers for all without voucher/intimation arrivals
Handling of complaints and queries
Resolving transport issues by coordinating with the MAK/MED team
Coordinate with all agents for tomorrow's transport notification
If the flight schedule changes, then inform to MAK/MED Team before for a smooth departure
Make sure all Pilgrims check in timely
Make sure all pilgrims move smoothly with in MAK/MED cities
Package hotel voucher, share with KSA team before 24 hours of check-in
Reports handling daily bases
Transport Intimation report
Submitting reports in groups timely
Arabic Intimation Report
Without Voucher Arrival Report
Late departure / over 60 days report
Tafeej report
Mutammer boarding report
