MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and efficient solutions to meet the business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
Design and implement user-facing features with React.js.
Develop robust RESTful APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
Manage and manipulate data using MongoDB for storage, retrieval, and optimization.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
Participate in code reviews, and team meetings, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
Experience working with MongoDB and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of web security principles and data protection.
Ability to write efficient and reusable code.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Experience with deployment on cloud services (e.g., AWS, Heroku, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
