Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage import/export orders, contracts, and Performa Invoices in alignment with agreed terms.
  • Complete knowledge of import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, Form-E, NOCs, Chamber attestation, and TDAP certifications.
  • Coordinate and execute customs clearance processes, manage transportation, and choose optimal shipping routes for timely delivery.
  • Establish and manage bank contracts (Advance Payment, LC, DA, DP), and ensure submission of complete documentation to banks and suppliers.
  • Maintain and regularly update import supplier lists, shipment schedules, and product flyers.
  • Ensure timely submission and synchronization of Supplier ledgers with the Accounts Department for payment and tax invoice matters.
  • Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, and Stitching departments for order tracking and operational alignment.
  • Manage external tasks (customs, freight forwarders, banking, TDAP, SCCI, etc.) within office hours.
  • Ensure all important transactions are properly recorded and monitored via ERP (NTM/SAPS), and support integration efforts.
  • Export documentation and bank-related coordination as part of cross-functional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Commerce discipline from an HEC-recognized university. 

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in export/import documentation and coordination, preferably in the apparel industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in export/import-related documentation, international shipping processes, and bank contract procedures. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

General Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle external dealings with professionalism and integrity. Good time management and follow-up skills. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and ethical conduct.
