- Tracking of on root vehicles/Fleet
- Coordination with Drivers on regular basis
- Coordination with site supervisor for loading and unloading of cargo
- Compile Cargo Load Plan for Import / Export and Intercity Fleet Movement
- Handle cargo according to the load plan
- Process data for local/export/import shipments
- Carry out pre-manifesting and manifesting according to the booking list
- Load plan and adhere to all loading limitations/requirements.
- Communicate closely with clients, in-house teams, and Load Control so as to deliver load figures accurately and timely
- Handle pre/post-departure documentation and activities according to standards set
- Perform duties as designated by Cargo Supervisor(s)
