Laravel Developer (Full Stack)

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on both front-end and back-end development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating responsive user interfaces, managing robust server-side systems, and ensuring smooth API integration. This role requires leading the entire development lifecycle, working closely with project teams, and upholding high standards in code quality, security, and documentation. The position is based in Rawalpindi and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design: Develop scalable client-side and server-side architectures for web applications that support growth and performance.

Front-End Development: Build and optimize front-end components to guarantee mobile responsiveness and compatibility across various browsers.

Back-End Development: Develop and maintain databases and server-side applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter, adhering to coding standards.

Code Quality: Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems.

API Development: Design, document, and maintain secure APIs; integrate third-party services as required.

Database Management: Manage back-end data services and enhance existing API functionalities to improve performance.

Development Lifecycle: Lead projects from concept through deployment, providing ongoing support after launch.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on progress and resolve issues promptly.

Task Management: Organize and monitor project pipelines using tools like Asana and Teamlogger to ensure timely task completion.

Team Communication: Conduct daily stand-up meetings, oversee development activities, and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Perform thorough testing of front-end and back-end modules to ensure functionality and performance; debug and upgrade software as needed.

Final Checks: Conduct comprehensive pre-deployment testing to resolve all development-related issues.

Documentation: Support QA teams with technical documentation and maintain updated software documentation.

Security and Maintenance: Implement strong security measures and data protection protocols; handle server management tasks including website accounts, database administration, and server configuration.

Issue Resolution: Address website and server-related problems, coordinating with support teams when necessary.

Administrative Responsibilities: Provide daily task updates via communication platforms; document development activities in project trackers; comply with company policies on data security and confidentiality.

Change Management: Apply changes first on development copies with managerial approval before deploying to live environments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong expertise in back-end programming languages such as PHP and Python, with extensive experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks.

- Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases and designing database architectures.

- Skilled in API creation, testing, and maintenance for both internal and third-party integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution.

- Effective project management abilities, including task prioritization and meeting deadlines.

- Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Proven leadership experience mentoring junior developers and coordinating team efforts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Laravel development.

- At least 8 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Preference given to candidates located in Rawalpindi.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs130,000 to Rs190,000.
