Lead I - Software Engineering (ReactJS)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and backend developers to create engaging digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate UI design wireframes into clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Develop intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces that satisfy stakeholder and end-user requirements.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability across devices.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Stay current with the latest UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a UI Developer, Front-End Developer, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, Azure Repos, or equivalents.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and their solutions.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is an advantage.
- Work shift from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM IST, aligned with the Australia time zone.
