As the Human Resource Manager at a leading IT company, you play a critical role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the organizational growth. With at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in recruiting software development professionals, you are equipped with the necessary skills such as leadership, communication, and strategic planning. You will manage a team of six HR specialists, guiding their efforts in employee relations, talent management, and performance evaluation. Your expertise will drive employee engagement initiatives while leveraging recruitment software and performance management systems to achieve organizational goals effectively. Your background in HR, along with your advanced degree, positions you as a key player in optimizing human capital within the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, focusing on attracting and hiring top-tier software development talent in the IT industry.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring regular feedback and career development opportunities for all employees.
  • Establish and promote employee relations practices to ensure a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including training and development programs that foster employee skills and facilitate career growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that clearly outline role requirements and expectations.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall performance.
  • Facilitate employee evaluation methodologies and performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are transparent, fair, and constructive.
  • Implement and refine employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention rates across the organization.
  • Manage recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes, maintaining compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice to management concerning HR-related issues, strategy alignment, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations to senior management on staffing, retention, and growth strategies.
