Operation & Maintenance:
- Operate LPG storage, loading, and unloading systems for LPG Tankers.
- Ensure the proper functioning of LPG tanks, pipelines, LPG Tankers and associated equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance on LPG equipment, including valves, LPG compressors, and pressure regulators.
- Conduct equipment inspections and report any potential issues to senior staff.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines for handling LPG and hazardous materials.
- Monitor LPG data sheet, system pressure, temperature, and flow to ensure safe operation.
- Perform emergency shutdown procedures if required and assist with accident investigations when necessary.
- Ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and chemical issues with LPG systems and Handling of LPG Tankers.
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Report and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during routine checks.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on technical findings, safety audits, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials related to LPG safety and operations.
Collaboration:
- Work in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to optimize LPG systems.
- Provide technical support during installations, upgrades, and system modifications.
- Ensure proper coordination with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and service.
