Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of FNRCO subsidiaries.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business development activities across various sectors and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and support the submission of business proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Strengthen and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and process vendor registration applications (online and offline) in compliance with client-specific requiremenT (If requires)
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of legal documents, procedures, processes, timelines, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure timely updates of the task tracker and monitor deadlines and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary documents and information as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on registration progress with relevant platforms and client portals.
  • Support the implementation of business development strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client/vendor registration standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and vendor registration status to management.
  • ➢ Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager or leadership team.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Bilingual proficiency – Fluent in reading and writing both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
  • exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests and associate, specific to position duties and responsibilities,
  • including the interpretation of technical manuals and legal documents, as well as coaching/counseling of employees.
  • Level of proficiency and the ability to operate computer and software programs.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs.

Essential Skills: Good statistical skills and MS Excel proficiency
