Duties and Responsibilities

  • Align daily activities with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize productivity through resource planning for staffing and technology.
  • Analyze metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
  • Recruit, coach, and train staff for high-quality service and document management.
  • Streamline procedures for ordering, telephone handling, and document management.
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a call center manager or similar position.
  • Experience in customer service is required minimum of 5 years.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
  • Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
  • Positive and patient.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
  • Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • This position is SMP-based.
