We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor who is responsible for supervising nursing personnel, conducting nurses’ assessments, managing evaluations, and selecting top talent.

Please note- The position will be hourly-based, focusing on conducting nursing assessments and selecting top talent. Additionally, there is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position at our LINRCO Pakistan office.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

 Supervising Nursing Staff:

  • Had experience to oversee the work of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Nursing Assistants.
  • Oversees the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff. Collaborate with human resources (HR) to post job openings, interview candidates, and make the final hiring decisions.
  • Expertise in monitoring the performance of nursing staff and providing guidance when necessary.
  • Identify staffing needs and ensure that hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies.
  • Manage nursing staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and address performance issues.
  • The capability to understand the client's need to hire potential staff.

Staff Development:

  • Organize and support training and professional development programs for nursing staff, if needed.
  • Ensure that all nursing top talent remains compliant with ongoing education and certifications.

Patient Care Management:

  • Source potential nursing staff with expertise in patient care activities, ensuring high standards of practice.
  • Analyze their work history with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
  • Ensure their patient safety protocols are strictly followed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a government or private hospital.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (any additional academic qualifications will be a plus).
  • Prometric evaluation and nursing competency assessment experience is A MUST.
  • Preferably, experience in hospitals within the Gulf region.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
