  •  Technical proficiency is preferred
  •  Typing speed of 50+ words per minute (WPM)
  •  Previous e-commerce industry experience preferred
  •  Quick learner with adaptability
  •  Growth mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  •  Provide excellent inbound customer support via email, live chat and calls.
  •  Write and update Helpdesk articles for knowledge base
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
