We are in search of a talented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent Trainer.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new and existing live chat agents, focusing on customer service skills, product knowledge, and communication techniques.
Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations to facilitate effective learning.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to agents to enhance their performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support and coaching as needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in training or coaching roles, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of live chat platforms and customer service best practices.
Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
