We're looking for a dedicated Patient Care Co-Ordinator to assist with insurance verification and authorization.

Full-Time Remote Position | Competitive Salary + Bonuses | Paid Training

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and authorize insurance claims with US insurance companies.
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve any insurance-related issues.
  • Handle insurance verification tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience with US insurance companies for verification and authorization.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive.
  • Strong work ethic, dependable, and reliable with consistent availability for team meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
