We're looking for a dedicated Patient Care Co-Ordinator to assist with insurance verification and authorization.
Full-Time Remote Position | Competitive Salary + Bonuses | Paid Training
Responsibilities:
- Verify and authorize insurance claims with US insurance companies.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve any insurance-related issues.
- Handle insurance verification tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Experience with US insurance companies for verification and authorization.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and reliable with consistent availability for team meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
