Loading IT Solutions is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a passion for building high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience in developing applications using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role requires proficiency in creating robust and scalable applications tailored to our client's needs while ensuring seamless user experiences. As a developer in our team, you will work closely with other developers and designers to bring innovative designs to life, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your proactive attitude toward problem-solving will be essential as you tackle complex challenges in application development. Candidates will also have a strong familiarity with cloud services for hosting and deployment, particularly AWS and Firebase, to ensure efficient application performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL to ensure efficient communication between client and server.
Utilize React Hooks, Redux, and Context API to enhance frontend performance and user engagement.
Create and maintain a robust database structure using MongoDB, focusing on efficiency and optimization.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud services such as AWS and Firebase.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate project requirements into functional and appealing features.
Incorporate DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Docker, to streamline the development process.
Integrate third-party services and APIs, ensuring they work seamlessly with existing application architecture.
Develop real-time features utilizing technologies such as Socket.IO to enhance user interaction and experience.
Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of applications to improve overall performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development to ensure the highest standards of programming.
Contribute to documentation, including system architecture and code comments, to facilitate future maintenance and updates.
