- Oversee stock levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, Food and Beverages managers, and other departments to forecast supply needs and support seamless operational workflows.
- Maintain detailed inventory transaction records and prepare regular reports for management to analyze data and identify trends.
- Ensure proper storage practices in compliance with health and safety regulations, organizing areas for easy access and effective stock rotation.
- Monitor and analyze inventory costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize purchasing efficiency.
