Call Center Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our Admissions Department of Lords Law College & Lords College of Pharmacy. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information and assistance throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their families.
Provide accurate information about admission requirements and college programs.
Assist applicants with the online application process.
Maintain call logs and update applicant information in the admissions database.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirement:

Experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
