We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer with a strong background in system architecture to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering and analyzing requirements to designing, developing, testing, and deploying software. They will also have experience with DevOps and GitOps practices, as well as Kubernetes and microservices. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We are open to both remote and in-office full-time positions. Remote developers based in Lahore are encouraged to apply. We have our own code base development workflow based on Laravel, which includes several techniques and procedures to follow for development tasks. We will be happy to teach you these techniques and procedures once you join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with all team members.
- Collaborate with other developers to design and develop new features for our SaaS product using Laravel.
- Manage the work of your junior developer, providing guidance and support.
- Create automated PHP tests for the new features.
- Own the development process from assignment to production.
- Design scalable and maintainable interfaces/API/UI that achieve high performance.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends, and identify ways to apply them to improve our SaaS product.
Must have experience with:
- Expert knowledge of PHP.
- 4+ years of experience with Laravel 5.x to 10.x.
- 8+ years of experience with PHP.
- Expert level knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Message Brokers, GCP/AWS.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Kubernetes, GitOps, DevOps, Disk/Memory Cache and API Gateways.
