We are seeking energetic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate high-quality leads for our clientele. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills while engaging with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls to generate leads.
- Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of respect, positivity, and customer engagement during calls.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets as assigned.
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead details in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and overall campaign success.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Availability for the night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
