Machine Operator – ChocoTech / Ruffinatti / Forming (Korangi)

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Machine Operator to join our production team at the Korangi facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines within the ChocoTech, Ruffinatti, and Forming sections. This role demands strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure machine efficiency, maintain high production quality, and uphold safety standards. The operator will work closely under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor or Production Manager, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and safe production process.

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently operate machines in the ChocoTech, Ruffinatti, and Forming sections during assigned shifts. Monitor machine parameters carefully to ensure that the output meets established quality standards. Perform routine minor maintenance and cleaning tasks as per the maintenance schedule to keep machines in optimal condition. Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and communicate any faults to the maintenance team for timely resolution. Follow all safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines rigorously while operating machines. Accurately complete all required production documentation and shift reports within designated timelines. Collaborate effectively with team members and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of Matriculation or a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline. The role requires willingness to work in rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts, with each shift lasting 12 hours. Physical fitness is essential, as the position involves standing and working in a production environment for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience operating food processing or forming machines is preferred but not mandatory. The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 40,000 to 45,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Shift timings include an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM morning shift and an 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM night shift, with an additional 1.5 hours of daily overtime. Benefits include gratuity, paid leaves, EOBI coverage, and attendance allowance. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Korangi production facility.
