Administrative Operations:

Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including store maintenance, staff facilities, and security.
Ensure all store licenses, permits, and regulatory documents are up-to-date and compliant with local laws.
Coordinate and maintain vendor contracts related to housekeeping, security, and utilities.

Store Maintenance:

Supervise the upkeep of store premises, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety standards.
Handle the maintenance and repair of store assets, including furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

Inventory & Supplies:

Manage office and administrative supplies, ensuring availability and optimal stock levels.
Track and record consumption of store utilities (electricity, water, etc.), implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Team Coordination:

Manage a team of administrative and support staff, including housekeeping, security, and facility management personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and support for improvement.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the store.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers.

Budget Management:

Monitor administrative expenses, prepare budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
Evaluate service providers for cost efficiency and quality, negotiating contracts where necessary.
