Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with company objectives and local labor laws.
  • Manage employee records and personnel files with confidentiality and accuracy.
  •  Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Maintain employee training record and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  •  Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure the company is in full compliance with applicable labor laws, workplace safety standards, and industry regulations.
  •  Keep updated with any legal or regulatory changes and recommend necessary changes in company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, ISO standards, and ethical audit requirements.

Documentation Control:

  • Develop and enforce a company-wide documentation control system.
  •  Ensure that controlled documents (SOPs, forms, logs, policies, etc.) are implemented and consistently used in all departments.
  • Work closely with department heads to audit and review existing documentation practices and close any gaps.
  • Implement a version control system for all controlled documents and maintain a central digital repository.
  • Provide training and support to staff on proper documentation practices and compliance procedures.
