Directly supervise and manage a team of analysts, processors, and other support staff involved in the credit reporting process.
Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff competency.
Oversee the entire credit reporting process, from data collection to report generation and delivery
Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit reports
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements
Conduct regular audits of the reporting process to identify and correct errors
Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Generate reports on operational performance, including key metrics such as processing time, accuracy, and cost.
Address customer concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner
