Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow client relationships
• Oversee travel bookings and client accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
• Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record in account management (preferably in a travel agency)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo a plus!)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
