We are seeking a Architect Officer to join our growing team, contributing to residential and small commercial UK-based architectural projects. It is ideal for someone in the early stages of their architectural career looking to gain practical experience under experienced professionals while working on real UK projects.

This role demands strict adherence to UK working hours, strong foundational skills in architectural drafting and modelling, and the ability to follow detailed design instructions accurately. Candidates must have a working understanding of architectural workflows and be eager to learn within a professional, fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Support design development based on UK building standards and planning policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery of outputs.
Make revisions and updates to design documents based on client or senior architect feedback.
Conduct minor research as needed on local planning or material specifications.
Maintain project documentation and file organization.
Participate in virtual team check-ins and reviews during UK business hours.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Up to 1 year of architectural work experience or internship.
Strong software proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (test or sample work may be requested).
Basic understanding of UK architectural principles or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) with professional communication skills.
Must be able to work in UK business hours.
Working on UK based projects will be a plus point.

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to UK residential planning applications, building regulations, or similar coursework/projects.
Understanding of UK housing types, materials, or sustainable design trends.
