Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, producing engaging content, and managing campaigns to grow our online presence and support marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels)
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers professionally
Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms
Coordinate with the design and content team to produce creative materials
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and local digital media practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in a social media or digital marketing role
Strong knowledge of the Pakistani digital landscape and cultural trends
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools
Excellent writing and communication skills (Urdu & English)
Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing is a plus
